An amazing opportunity to build and shape a AI Lab within an assurance and audit consultancy based in London. A fantastic role to set your career trajectory to Partner level by building a division od 25 AI specialist to provide market leading assurance and technical AI products to transform this audit and assurance practice. This is through two streams:
- Provide market-leading AI assurance for clients focused on model risk and data risk ("technical AI assurance")
- Build and deploy AI products to support the transformation of Audit and Assurance practice.
Responsibilities:
- Build,lead and nurture a team of 25 AI specialists
- Build strong relationships and influence with pivotal stakeholders across the UK AI ecosystem; helping steer the development of the approach to AI assurance in the UK
- Lead market activation for technical AI assurance proposition and development of teams project pipeline
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand business needs and lead development and deployment and assurance of AI assets
- Collaborate with like minded internal colleagues across the UK and globally.
The AI Lab is in its early stages and we are looking for a Director with the energy, vision and enthusiasm to develop the AI Lab into a £10M business over the next five years.
