Director of Admissions and Marketing Responsibilities
This Director of Admissions and Marketing position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Taking the lead and being the creative driving force for the organisation, coaching and developing the commercial, creative and customer-service focused skills of the team whilst being an ambassador for the business
- Liaising with finance, HR, and operations as the revenue director, and using all available data for setting accurate forecasts
- Using the communications, brand, research, digital and Marketing activities insights to make informed decisions and advising senior leaders on brand equity, market share and customer satisfaction
- Tracking performance to identify opportunities and managing pipeline
- Leading the development and execution of best practice and working collaboratively with wider teams to provide a first-class service to customers
- Defining a consistent and distinctive brand that will resonate with your market and target audience and developing external networks to build brand awareness and target new opportunities

Director of Admissions and Marketing Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable brand building, sales and/ or marketing experience within a fast-paced, premium/ luxury service delivery or premium education sector role. You will have previous and solid, demonstrable senior leadership/ Director level experience within a similar role such as Director of Sales and Marketing for a premium service provider. You will be experienced at directing and refining a marketing strategy through a period of change, and possess excellent people, stakeholder management and influencing skills. This position requires an innovative thinker, someone able to create a global brand and think outside the box for success. You will be a successful entrepreneur or business professional who understands a meritocratic environment/ system and has a thorough understanding of a premium/ luxury service offering and has a good balance between commercial experience and education or premium sector experience. The ideal candidate will have worked within premium education, or luxury hospitality for example where a worldclass service is paramount. You will be able to hit the ground running and know how to build a brand identity and attract the right calibre of students. You must understand and be able to deliver the expectations of aspiration and service as a premium value add and bring clear commercial outlook and translation to the faculty and build the investment and revenue for the organisation. You must have strong people management and leadership skills to support 2 direct reports and dotted line management of the sales function and 2 Key Account Managers. You will be able to manage multiple complex projects, be proactive and able to work to deadlines and be self-motivated, enthusiastic and commercially minded.
Location
This role is predominately office-based in central Oxford, to be visible as a brand ambassador for the students. There is no parking however it is easily accessible via public transport. There will be the possibility of one day a week working from home but please only apply if you live locally and can be on-site.
This role is full-time, permanent.
