Director Of Capital Projects

Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Renfrewshire, is currently looking to recruit a Director of Capital Projects for a 3 - 4 month contract on a rate of £800 a day (Inside IR35). This role is hybrid.
Essential Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering Capital Projects at scale within a local authority
- Experience at Director (or minimum Head of Service) level within a local authority or public sector organisation
- Proven track record of understanding and navigating corporate risk
- Familiar with and has a strategic understanding of complex governance arrangements within local authorities/public sector
- Has the ability to support the development of a learning estate strategic vision and can support the production of a route map to achieve key deadlines
- Understanding of the workings of a political environment.
