Job Role Summary

Whitmore Vale Housing Association is registered with CQC to provide Care, Support, and Housing in Surrey.  We specialise in services for people with learning disabilities and;

• Dementia
• Lifelong Care
• Enablement

Co-production is at the heart of everything we do, and we are in the process of digital transformation.

The role has line management responsibility for the Operations Managers of the Registered Care and Outreach Services.

Can you….

• Work collaboratively in a candid and effective way to ensure that the organisation’s mission is delivered, statutory and regulatory duties are observed and that strategic and operational objectives are implemented in an outcome focused, timely, clear, and relevant way.
• Ensure strong governance, standards, and quality of provision.
• Ensure the organisation’s policies are up to date and relevant in the current environment and that the organisation is managed in line with current best practice.
• Be a motivational leader and inspire the managers and workforce as a whole to excellence and maximise impact.
• Build on relationship with commissioners, partners, families, and funders.
• Lead by example, building a culture of high achievement and accountability where all staff are valued and well equipped to do their job.
