Job Description
As Director of Client Services, you will:
- Oversee service delivery.
- Support client base by providing training and development of services.
- Set and monitor team KPI objectives to ensure customers receive support within agreed time-frames.
- Set and executive overall strategy to build, grow and developed client relationships.
- Budget responsibility
- Oversee operation processes, implementing new strategies to improve overall delivery.
- Recruit, coach and develop team as required to support overall service delivery objectives.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, customer feedback, etc. and work worth product development team to enhance software offering.
- Ensure service delivery adheres to industry practice regulations.
The Successful Applicant
As Director of Client Services, you should have:
- A track record in a similar role, whether Client Services, customer success, service delivery, etc.
- A strong working knowledge of SARs, Outcome Focused Regulation, Cashiering, Legal Services, Accountancy and Payroll, etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.
- Strong ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work from Liverpool or Manchester.
