Position: Director of Clinical Services
Location: Kent
Pay: up to £70,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time (37.5hrs) with on-call commitment
Contract - Permanent
MediTalent are seeking a Director of Clinical Services to work for our client- a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Kent.
The hospital has a 20 bedded ward, specialising in elective surgery in orthopaedics, general surgery & gynaecology: treating both inpatients and day surgery.
As part of your role within the hospital you will be responsible for the management of the Clinical teams from wards to theatres to AHP disciplines.
You do not need experience in leadership of these specific departments, but clinical experience is required.
They are looking for someone with drive and passion for the delivering of high quality patient care, who can lead and inspire a strong established team.
Key skills and Experience required:

• Valid NMC/HCPC/GPC with clinical experience


• Registered Nurse


• Solid experience in leading clinical teams, ideally across multiple departments


• Evidence of continued professional development.


• Understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways and system reform Commercial experience
