Cpl Healthcare is delighted to have partnered with a long-established charity to recruit for the role of Director of Community Services.
Our client is a registered charity, supporting people who are deaf or hard of hearing with the primary aim to positively impact the lives of its clients through the provision of Advice & Information, Care Services and Assistive Technology.
As a member of the senior management team the Director of Community Services will provide both strategic and operational leadership to contribute to the overall success of the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the role will be the lead role for the delivery of high-quality Community Services provided by the organisation. The successful candidate will have a team of Area Managers and overall responsibility for approximately 40 staff and 12 resource centres.

To be considered for the role, it is essential that interested applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- A passion for great customer service.
- An ability to develop, implement and oversee good systems, processes, and procedures that delivery high quality services.
- Great communication skills
In addition, applicants are required to:
- Have a relevant University degree or college diploma.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
For this role applicants can be based at any of the resource centres nationally, but are expected to have a weekly presence at the organisations Dublin HQ, including regular visits to all other resource centres.
