Form of workRobert Half has been retained by a renowned and highly regarded global sustainable manufacturing business to recruit a Director of Compliance based in Oxfordshire.
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for driving internal controls compliance within the EMEA Division, interacting directly with all levels of the Finance organisation and Regional Process Owners. You will own the Control and Compliance process, manage and co-ordinate relationships with auditors , foster a control and compliance culture and will play a key role in driving System developments and achieve proactive control and compliance governance.
Our client will pay £110 to 130,000 per annum plus up to 20% bonuses, a car, BUPA healthcare and a 9% pension contribution. Although this role is based on site in Oxfordshire, there is flexibility and people do work from home from time to time where necessary. There would be some international travel associated with this role but it is not expected to be more than 10%.
Apply now if you have proven control and compliance experience including Sarbanes-Oxley, within a multinational company and are able to be based in Oxfordshire. Any experience of, ESG compliance would be helpful, but not necessary.
