Drive strategic change in this growing tech brand! As a director you will be responsible for the development of Data and ensure it is used to gain insights and progress business initiatives!

THE ROLE

As the Director of Data your focus will be to understand what data stakeholders need to make informed decisions and be part of strategic change, specifically you will:

• Lead on the development of the data strategy, using your understanding of customer analytics, insight, data science and research to highlight how data can drive success
• Manage the data team, focussing on people and skill development hiring when needed to grow the capabilities of the team
• Use new tools and tech to ensure the team are first in ML and predictive analytics
• Work with C Suite to understand company goals and highlight ways to achieve them, providing reports on success measures and targets

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• An expert in analytics, ideally understanding principles in research, insights, analytics and data science
• Able to be hands on when needed
• Good knowledge of using data to drive insights and business strategy
• Able to lead a team and experienced helping recruit and grow!

THE BENEFITS
