We are looking for someone who can: Develop and oversee the implementation of effective and engaging educational programs for all key groups. Ensure curriculum alignment with relevant standards and educational best practices. Regularly review and update curriculum to meet changing educational needs. Champion and advocate the Academy nationally and within the organisation. Manage the day-to-day operations of Educational programs, including scheduling, resources, and logistics. Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to integrate educational programs with broader company initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including universities, professional bodies, community organisations, and educational partners. Represent the company in educational forums and community events. Seek opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to enhance educational offerings. What youll bring to the role: Experience in a senior role within a healthcare education setting. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing education and training programs. Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively. Experience in leading teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
