About us

We are ambitious for change and are committed to taking ever bolder and more impactful interventions towards a becoming a more diverse, equitable and inclusive university.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion team draws from diverse expertise to provide expert advice, engagement, support and training for faculties and departments to advance initiatives and good practice at UCL. The structure and purpose of the team is to embed EDI initiatives into core business and mainstream the values on which UCL was founded.

We are seeking to appoint a new Director of Equality, Inclusion and Culture to build on our foundations as we plan to celebrate our 200th anniversary in 2026.
