Our client is a leading professional services firm based in New York. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR Operations leader to join their business as Director of HR Operations developing and shaping a best-in-class strategic HR operations function.
Overview
- Work closely with the CHRO in shaping a comprehensive HR strategy that provides the business with a proactive and respected service.
- Member of the HR Leadership team, manage, coach, and develop direct and indirect team members.
- Develop and maintain HR processes, operations and efficiencies.
- Provide and deliver creative commercial solutions that support and drive the long-term people agenda.
- The role encompasses benefits, wellness, payroll, HRIS, data management and compensation.
- Lead on all aspects of HR project management.
Responsibilities
- All HR administrative processes, process improvement and development
- People related data management.
- Utilize data analytics to derive insights and support HR decision-making.
- Review and develop HR technologies.
- address and manage all cost-saving strategies.
- Oversite of global payroll, global benefits, and global compensation
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in all aspects of HR operations (benefits, payroll, HRIS, data management, and compensation).
- Experience in shaping and developing an HR strategy and aligning operations to support that agenda.
- Extensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience managing and developing HR talent.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
