Our client is a leading professional services firm based in New York. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR Operations leader to join their business as Director of HR Operations developing and shaping a best-in-class strategic HR operations function.

Overview

• Work closely with the CHRO in shaping a comprehensive HR strategy that provides the business with a proactive and respected service.
• Member of the HR Leadership team, manage, coach, and develop direct and indirect team members.
• Develop and maintain HR processes, operations and efficiencies.
• Provide and deliver creative commercial solutions that support and drive the long-term people agenda.
• The role encompasses benefits, wellness, payroll, HRIS, data management and compensation.
• Lead on all aspects of HR project management.

Responsibilities

• All HR administrative processes, process improvement and development
• People related data management.
• Utilize data analytics to derive insights and support HR decision-making.
• Review and develop HR technologies.
• address and manage all cost-saving strategies.
• Oversite of global payroll, global benefits, and global compensation

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in all aspects of HR operations (benefits, payroll, HRIS, data management, and compensation).
• Experience in shaping and developing an HR strategy and aligning operations to support that agenda.
• Extensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Experience managing and developing HR talent.
• Experience in a professional services environment.
