Salary As part of the Chief Nurses senior team you will work closely with the Senior Nurse team and you should be an experienced, confident, energetic and highly motivated senior midwife with a proven track record of delivery. We will be looking for a values-based leader, with strong integrity and the ability to listen and support. We want a leader that inspires our Midwives to work alongside our Chief Nurse. You should be able to demonstrate values-based leadership and influencing skills, effective communication, and have the confidence to constructively challenge across all staff groups, and to facilitate a more open culture.
