The Director of Music/Teacher will oversee the entire music program, including curriculum development, student instruction, performance organization, and community engagement. This role combines administrative and teaching responsibilities to cultivate a dynamic and comprehensive music education environment for students.

Responsibilities:
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor instruction to meet individual needs.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods to captivate student interest and promote active learning
- Design and implement a robust music curriculum that caters to various skill levels and interests
- Teach music classes across different grade levels, ensuring engaging and effective instruction
- Ensure all music facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and exams, offering guidance and constructive feedback.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Specialisation or strong background in Music.
- Proven experience in music instruction and program management.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
