Director of Operations

Location: Baltimore, MD

Salary: $180,000 - 200,000

The Company

Our client is a well established and rapidly expanding restaurant group with over 20 concepts across the US and they’re not slowing down! They are seeking a Director of Operations to join their team and drive operational success in their restaurants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing restaurant group dedicated to excellence!

This group plans on opening several more locations in 2024 and 2025 and needs a strong Director of Operations to run their current properties and support with these upcoming openings. 

Director of Operations Duties:

• Oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations generating $30-40M in annual revenue
• Review P&L reports with managers to ensure restaurants meet or exceed all financial targets
• Lead and mentor the management team to drive oeprational excellence
• Create and execute financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with company required standards in areas of staffing; restaurant operations; employee and guest relations; labour costs; beverage costs, food costs, sanitation and food preparation
• Build, train and develop high performing teams

Qualifications:

• Five years of experience in a similar position, managing at least 10 restaurant locations
• Must have experience with new restaurant openings
• Financially savvy
• Understanding of P&Ls and COGs
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on leader for the team that is passionate about people and hospitality!
