- Represent the CMO operation in all forums ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and all efforts are taken to sustain and improve supply of all 3rd party manufactured products.
- Financial ownership for PPV, recoveries, spend and E&O. Balancing recoveries and inventory targets for the optimal outcome for the business.
- Ensure product availability from manufacturing partners to meet the S & N business need:
- Manage & partner with suppliers to develop business relationships that deliver effective operational control to agreed service levels.
- Manages contractual relationships as necessary with suppliers to assure long term stability of supply and cost effectiveness.
- Continuous improvement to supplier performance
- Oversight of all product change activity to ensure no service impact
- Works with suppliers to reduce costs, lead times and increase overall agility within the supply chain
- Conducts supplier identification, evaluation, and selection activities to support new product/manufacturing needs and ensure qualified sources of supply are selected.
- Manage cost reviews, supplier pricing reviews & risk management processes as needed.
- Review and drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) opportunities and service improvement strategies.
- Manage and develop the performance of direct reports and team members.
- Maintain relationships that ensure a responsiveness to customer market business intelligence and needs.
- Drive process continuous improvement in line with the companies Operational Excellence culture.
- Engage with Franchise & procurement teams to support strategic projects including RFI/RFP/RFQ process for new and existing business programs with 3rd party suppliers.
- Engage & develop continuous supply chain improvement practices to support the continued focus on delivering improved value and service levels.
- Work directly with the NPI and Product Support teams to ensure new products enter the portfolio and begin supply as planned.

- Must be experienced in Supply Chain, Inventory management and Vendor relations.
- Degree level education
- Experience in a managerial/leadership position.

- working in compliance with a quality system in a regulated environment.
