Job description

My client are an independent provider of services to the NHS and are actively looking for a new Director of Partnerships and Referrals to join their team
Reporting directly into the CCO, the role holder will play a pivotal role in driving growth, expansion into new markets and revenue generation in line with the organisations mission and values.
The purpose of this role is to assist in spearheading business development initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, resonance and NHS referrals from referrers across England. The role holder will lead a field-based and regional team, providing strategic direction and support to achieve organisational growth objectives.
Requirements
  • Motivate and empower field and regionally based teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximise performance and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organisational goals, focusing on expanding referrals in their services through effective and strategic Partnerships and relationship management.
  • Develop a suite of KPIs for field-based colleagues that are measurable and reflect outcomes.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Finance Director to review cost control and initiatives, producing regular performance reports of revenue against forecast.
  • Foster and maintain strong and strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Committees, Local Medical Councils, , General Practitioners, NHS decision-makers, and other relevant healthcare professionals to enhance brand and referral networks and drive business growth.

Skills
  • Someone who understands the NHS landscape is highly desirable but with a private healthcare background
  • A solid background in sales and business development, particularly focused on partnerships
  • A track record in leading sales/referral teams across the UK
  • Experience in using a CRM system and reporting to develop KPI for a team

The role will require on site presence for the first few months, 5 days a week.
