Our client is a firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialise in Party Wall, Right of Light and Neighbourly matters now require a Director of Party Wall Surveying to join their growing team in St Albans due to a strong pipeline of work.
As a result of continued success, they are looking to bring in either an Associate Director or Director. This role can be tailored to suit either a vastly experienced Party Wall Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career or an established Director looking for a fresh challenge.

- 5+ years' specialising in Party Wall Surveying in a senior capacity
- Strong client facing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
