Director Of People & Culture

As a member of the Executive Team, you will play a key strategic role within Bright Futures, contributing to the development of our strategy and culture and role modelling our values of ‘Passion, Community and Integrity'. You will play an important strategic leadership role – demonstrating the ability to lead and work successfully across the organisation, whilst being an ambassador for the Trust in the sector.

This is a cross-Trust role, so the location is flexible. Our schools are based in Manchester, Trafford and Blackpool. Some travel to schools and our central offices will be required but we also offer hybrid working.
