Job description

Hours: Part time, 16 hours per week
Required: Spring 2024

Streatham & Clapham High School has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to play a key role in the development and implementation of our philanthropy strategy.

You will help manage fundraising efforts by devising and delivering a long-term strategy that will create a sustainable culture of giving, support bursaries, and contribute to future capital projects for Streatham & Clapham High School.

This role involves a varied range of responsibilities, including Alumnae Engagement initiatives, organising events, managing communications and encouraging financial support for bursaries. You will also coordinate fundraising efforts from current and former parents and other stakeholders.

You will be a flexible, well organised and reliable individual, who possesses recent experience of working in a fundraising environment. Additional experience in stakeholder engagement or membership association is also ideal. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate donors and to articulate the organisation's vision and ambitions, as well the ability to develop effective strategic plans.
