We have an exc iting opportunity to Join this well-established firms renowned Private Clients team with 50+ years of expertise, delivering high-care services to high and ultra-high net worth clients globally.

Role Overview:

Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing major and Complex Claims within Private Clients. Lead as the Director of Private Clients, Major & Complex Claims. Drive exceptional customer experiences while overseeing major claims within our specialized team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure top-tier quality in Major Loss work by Private Clients.
• Act as the primary technical referral point for contentious claims.
• Provide expert advice, support, and tailored feedback on all Private Client MCL Claims.
• Oversee technical audits for claims continuity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and Business Manager for operational objectives.
• Report to the Director of Private Clients monthly.
• Responsible for quality assurance of all reports on claims with Reserves over £100k (with other Exec Director(s)) for UK i.e. checking reports for assigned Adjusters

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience major loss handling.
• Proven experience in Complex Claims.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects.
• ACILA qualified or equivalent.
