Role Overview: As our Director of Sustainability, you'll leverage your experience and skills as you

collaborate with experts across the company to develop, finance, and implement world-class sustainability

strategies tailored to our clients' needs. Together with your colleagues in our Food & Agribusiness team, you will help our clients communicate their sustainability credentials and achievements.

Supporting business leaders as they drive change and positive climate impact initiatives will be

your mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in engaging with company clients in assessing their current practices and

identify opportunities for sustainability improvements.

• Develop and implement tailored sustainability strategies and action plans including

baseline assessments and roadmap development.

• Provide leadership, guidance and support to clients in implementing sustainable practices.

• Advise clients on carbon accounting and GHG emission measurement (Scope 1,2 and 3)

• Work with organisations to prepare for Green Claims reviews and CSRD preparedness.

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into our advisory services.

• Advise at board level delivering insights sessions and sustainability training.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability, and recommend appropriate actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

• Be a key person of influence and change agent for business leaders driving sustainability initiatives.
