Director / Partner - Medium Sized Firm Buy in potential

Butler Rose is proud to be working with a well-established and progressive Medium Sized Firm in Milton Keynes who are looking for a Director / Partner (or a Senior Manager ready for a step up), who can take the helm and drive forward a growing general practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to take overall responsibility of the firm's head office and lead them into their next phase of growth and success. You will have the opportunity to work with clients across a broad cross section of businesses from start-ups to large overseas subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will be a chartered accountant and / or tax advisor who has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to develop a business and will find practical solutions to business problems. You will also be passionate about helping clients to grow and prosper, ensuring they are making full use of all financial and taxation benefits available to them. Ideally you will have exposure across a range of areas including SME startups, corporate taxation, R&D tax credits, specialist VAT and international aspects of personal tax. Being qualified to provide advice on Wills & Probate would also be an advantage but is not essential.
