The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented People Business Partner Leader to join our People Team at Fenergo.

As a People Business Partner Leader, you will be at the forefront of aligning HR strategies with our evolving business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Product and technology function, working closely with leaders and employees to drive business growth and foster the professional development and success of our talented and diverse workforce. The responsibilities within this role are richly diverse and are overseen by a multifaceted HR team. Our scope of work encompasses nurturing our organizational culture, strategic talent acquisition, meticulous workforce planning, innovative organizational design, orchestration of large-scale projects, fostering talent growth, and fortifying our ability to seamlessly align with business needs while continuously elevating the employee journey.

Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic People Partner and advisor to leaders, providing guidance on HR matters, policies, and practices.
  • Collaborate closely with management to understand their business needs and objectives and develop people-related strategies and initiatives to support them.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify and address skill gaps, creating development plans and programs that enhance employee capabilities and encourage continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees regarding performance management, talent development, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead career development initiatives, including succession planning and talent reviews, to identify high-potential employees and facilitate their growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and developments within the Product and Technology industry, leveraging this knowledge to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to ensure effective delivery of HR services and programs.

Career, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of HR experience in technology firms, with a focus on Engineering, Product, and Customer Delivery.
  • Global HR experience.
  • Strong business, financial, and human resources acumen.
  • A broad understanding of various aspects within the field of human resources, encompassing compensation strategies, organizational assessment and enhancement, conflict resolution and employee interactions, and performance evaluation, as well as familiarity with both national and local labor regulations, in addition to expertise in change management.
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and technical support best practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and data-driven insights.
  • Passion for fostering inclusive cultures and supporting Customer Support team development.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
