Director – Quantitative Research – Turn Insight into Strategy

They are looking for a director with leadership aspirations as the current owners’ eye up the future of the business, building the management team for tomorrow.

This is a senior and principal figure in the agency. You will be a main point of contact for key clients and will usually manage and lead a team. You should be able to demonstrate to clients and colleagues an authoritative knowledge of Quant research techniques and provide thought leadership on more complex research issues. The position is still ‘hands on’ with research, especially for higher value and more complex projects.

The position will also involve the management and development of the agency both in terms of business and technical development. The team is made up of a passionate group of researchers in quant and qual who work with blue chip clients across sectors including financial services, retail, and media with particular expertise in customer experience, product and service development work as well as branding and comms. This is an ad-hoc led business.
