Are you an experienced Business Development Manager / Director within the Technology sector?
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Director to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. To take ownership for identifying and securing new significant partnership accounts in the Technology Finance market. You will act as a conduit to C Level Stakeholders in partner businesses, know the key players in the market and understand the technology.
We are happy to consider Technology sector experienced Business Development people with no Asset Finance experience.
As a Business Development Manager / Director, you’ll have a proven track record in sales, in the Technology market (possibly Telecoms, IT/Software, or other technology) . You’ll be supporting customers by getting to know them, and their businesses. Working in partnership with the Director of Technology Finance and existing Business Development resources, provide field-based support to qualify opportunities, and participate within Business Development activity, to ensure successful onboarding & forward engagement.
Take ownership for all new partnership negotiations in collaboration with supporting functions, to ensure that partnership structure is acceptable and realistic.
The relationships developed will primarily be with suppliers selling into SMEs, though will consider those with experience of relationships with suppliers who also operate selling into larger corporates.

This position will probably be based in the South West of England, and will involve travel to meet customers.
