We are seeking an outstanding candidate with proven experience in the pastoral support of pupils to join our vibrant and successful school (age range 11-19). They will have teaching experience in English, Maths, Science, History or Food Technology.

The candidate will have the knowledge and understanding of pastoral support, teaching and leadership in order to drive behaviour for learning, teaching and learning and continuous improvement in pupil standards. The candidate will have excellent management, literacy, numeracy, IT and data analysis skills and an appreciation of using these to raise pupil achievement. Candidates must also have a commitment to the work ethic and ethos of the school and Platanos Trust.
