Key Responsibilities:
People Leadership and Resourcing: Inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team, strategically allocating resources to maximize effectiveness and productivity.
Governance of Disease Area: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory and ethical standards, fostering a culture of compliance within your Disease Area and across the organization.
Strategic Direction and Thought Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align marketing strategies with business objectives, leveraging your deep understanding of the disease landscape to guide long-term success.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, using insights to inform strategies and meet customer needs effectively.
Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead initiatives to enhance marketing capabilities and processes, driving innovation with data and analytics to optimize performance.
Experience You'll Bring:
Proven Expertise in Pharmaceutical Marketing: Experience in brand strategy, omnichannel campaign development, and insight generation.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing teams, with a strong focus on performance management, recruitment, and inspiring teams towards excellence.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, including familiarity with the ABPI code.
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional ability to navigate complex marketing challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external partners.

Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful countryside surrounding the area.
