Disease Level Partner – Haematology – North West England

The primary responsibility of the DLP will be in leading, developing and implementing the strategy and objectives within their therapy areas and brands with passion and focus. DLP’s will understand their business as if it were their own. Through their deep understanding of brand, portfolio and customer needs, they will align their objectives to both the regional sales teams strategy and regional objectives across their local health economy. By effective utilisation of resources, including Disease Community Leads, Subject Matter and Health System Partner support, they will be successful in securing appropriate access and coverage of key customers to deliver against plan.

As an expert of the region, they will enjoy developing deep customer knowledge and bringing forward insights and new customer partnerships for the organisation.

Experience required:

  • Experience supporting accounts with the redesign of their service offerings / patient pathways
  • Experience working across a health system, including CCG/ICS subnational access stakeholders, to adopt new innovations
  • Demonstrable work ethic and integrity, planning, organizing and territory management skills, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, critical thinking and analysis skills, and ability to listen and learn
  • Strong account management skills and behaviours aligned with strong business acumen
  • Possesses advanced ability to “challenge” customers
  • Engages in cross functional working/projects.
  • Good understanding of the UK Pharmaceutical industry, including NHS policies, structures, funding streams and processes
  • Market leading key account management skills/behaviours
  • Has succeeded in cross functional working/projects with potential for further development in the organisation
  • Advanced understanding of the UK Pharmaceutical industry, including NHS policies, structures, funding streams and processes.
