Job Title: Dispatch Clerk
Location: Goldthorpe
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
Salary: £22,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage dispatch documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Receiving orders by email and telephone, confirming receipt of all orders
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to prioritize and schedule shipments.
- Track and monitor the status of outgoing orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve any dispatch-related issues.
- Track goods out for delivery and provide proof of deliveries when requested by customers
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of dispatch activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dispatch Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of Sage 50 is desirable
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
