Dispatch Team Member (Picker/Packer)

Overview:
Work as a team to ensure all orders are picked, packed and dispatched with care.

Assist with goods arrival and check in.

Key Responsibilities:

· Pick and pack home pack orders, customer orders and donations

· Pick and pack products for internal transfer to other Hey Girls locations

· Operate within the warehouse, locating and retrieving stock as required using warehouse handling equipment

· Assembling of products

· Assemble packaging boxes for dispatch

· Label and record packed items

· Pack orders with care, ensuring 100% accuracy

· Build and wrap pallets ready for dispatch

· Storing of products in their correct locations

· Goods receiving of deliveries

· Handling bulk deliveries including containers

· Stock counting

· Maintain a high level of health and safety standards

· Data entry into systems such as Netsuite and courier portals

· Using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook

· Processing of returns

· Perform any other duty as reasonably requested by Team Captain and Logistics Manager/Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
