Role Purpose
Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our airlines and maintaining health and safety to the highest standard. Follow good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times
What you will be doing
Lead from the front at all timesConduct pre-arrival aircraft briefings with your teamEnsure all team members are following company policies and procedures at all timesEnsure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completedUtilise any new technology introduced by the station to enhance the operationTaking care of any company property, and reporting any damage to Line Manager
