A fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Dispenser, Technician or ACT to Join a friendly and successful independent community pharmacy in Alloa.

*Qualified Dispenser (L2 NVQ) or Pharmacy Technician (GPhc registration), with the view to train them to become an ACT*
Seeking a friendly and hardworking Dispenser OR Accuracy Checking Technician. An easy 45 Minute commute from Glasgow. Building and maintaining good relations with your customers is essential and you'll play an important role in meeting their unique healthcare needs and providing a supporting service to aid the Pharmacists in the dispensary.
*Open to qualified Dispensers and Technicians who are keen to undertake training to become an ACT*

Key Duties

• Carry out final checking of dispensed items whilst adhering to the company's standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• If an ACT, supervise the pharmacy technician(s) and wider dispensary team to ensure everyone is carrying out their duties correctly.
• Provide thorough checking of prescriptions or Dosette boxes

Package and Benefits

• Salary based on 40 hrs p/w 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday, 1 hr unpaid lunch)

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Minimum of L2 NVQ Qualification in Dispensing
