As a Dispute Management Specialist, in your hands, we'll surpass the expectations of our retail partners and customers and get closer to our aim to be the number one home appliance business in the UK & Ireland.
As a Dispute Management Specialist, you'll support the Accounts Receivable Specialists to ensure that all simple queries (Disputes) are resolved within the month they are raised and liaise with the Order to Delivery teams to resolve complex queries within 30 days. You'll be a key part of the wider Credit Management team; taking ownership and responsibility for ensuring that disputes are logged and resolved in an accurate, timely and complete manner.
You'll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you'll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.

As a Dispute Management Specialist your role will be varied. You will capture all new disputes on the Dispute Management database as well as managing and supporting some of our biggest customers, providing them with an exceptional level of service.
You will liaise with all key stakeholders to ensure disputes are resolved effectively and efficiently as well as processing a variety of claims, debits and payments in a timely manner.
