Renowned UK Law firm seeks a new Legal Secretary for their Dispute Resolution department, offering a varied role with extensive client contact and excellent perks.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-organised, intelligent individual with the desire to gain experience beyond the usual secretarial remit to work with two key Partners in the firm’s Property Litigation team.
Key Responsibilities of the Dispute Resolution Secretary:
- Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone
- Audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
- Assisting/supporting solicitors and fee earners within the department
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- General administrative duties
- Billing
- Diary management
- Document management
- Maintaining all filing systems effectively
Skills and Experience of the Dispute Resolution Secretary:
- Previous litigation experience in a similar role in a city law firm
- Self-motivated and able to organise own work with minimum supervision
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word and Excel) and strong evidence of business writing and numeracy skills
- Experience of SOS Connect, Winscribe, BigHand, Nuance/Kofax and iManage would be advantageous
