Job Description: As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage and represent clients in a variety of legal disputes, offering expert legal advice, and striving for favourable resolutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, providing invaluable legal support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and represent clients in various Dispute Resolution matters, including commercial and property disputes.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on the strengths and weaknesses of their cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Work closely with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases and address their concerns.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff within the firm.
- Maintain accurate and organised case records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in Dispute Resolution.
- Strong knowledge of UK Dispute Resolution laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and research tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
