A well-established firm is actively seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to become part of their team.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse workload including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant cases.
• Represent both claimants and defendants, including individuals and corporate clients.
• Contribute to the growth of the department through proactive involvement in networking and business development activities.
• Actively engage in professional development and continuous improvement of skills and knowledge within the field.

Key Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to various offices for client meetings as necessary.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong IT literacy.
• Must be capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• Interest in networking and business development activities.
• Possess some prior experience and interest in Contentious Probate, coupled with a keen desire to enhance their skills and expertise in this specific area.
