Distribution Centre Supervisor/Process Lead

Adecco Manchester are pleased to be accepting applications for the role of Warehouse Supervisor/Process Lead.

This position would be ideally suited to somebody who envisions future progression into a Senior Leadership role and is currently at a team leader/supervisory level.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working within a warehouse/Distribution Centre environment, have excellent knowledge of warehouse SOPs from an operational perspective, and will have experience in assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system. This could be a candidate who has assisted in trailing a new ERP system, aligning warehouse SOPs with such system, or who has experience in training staff members on utilising such system.

This role will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager, but work in partnership with the Warehouse Manager, to implement new processes and procedures as the business integrates an E-Commerce arm to the organisation.

Prospects of this role will align with progression into a Senior Leadership/Distribution Centre Management role, overseeing responsibility for both day-to-day DC activities and staffing, and system/process activity in accordance with overall Supply Chain requirements.

• Full time, permanent
• A starting salary of circa 32,000- 40,000 (dependant on prior experience)
• 08:30-17:00
