Our client, a successful international company, are looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join their busy, friendly team.
The key responsibilities of a Distribution Coordinator:
- Taking a scheduling orders to make deliveries of the company's product
- Administering the allocation of products, repairs, charging, receipts and despatch
- Liaising with service engineers, production depots and sales force
- Ensuring contracts are in place
- Responding to customer queries and price requests, dealing with and resolving issues
The minimum requirements for a Distribution Coordinator:
- Strong customer service and administration experience - ideally shipping / distribution experience
- Great with IT and new systems
- Confident personality and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to multi-task efficiently
The ideal candidate for Distribution Coordinator:
- Experience with SAP would be advantageous
- Committed and reliable
- Easy to get along with
