This is a great opportunity to work alongside the Dean for Diversity & Inclusion and the Assistant Director of HR and another part-time Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Adviser to support delivery of the University’s strategic D&I targets and work with a wide range of colleagues across the University to implement our D&I objectives.Please note, this is a part time post of 17.5 hours per week.We are looking for someone who: Is adept at using their interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with a diverse range of people and to influence senior leaders. Is highly organised with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, and able to be flexible and adapt should these change. Has a working knowledge of current equality legislation and major equality index or charter marks. Has experience of communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders to achieve specific outcomes, meeting tight deadlines. Can demonstrate capacity to work in a role with both shared and individual responsibilities for achieving targets and objectives.
