Diversity & Inclusion Manager 12 Month FTC
A globally recognised company is in the market for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to lead the function following a restructure. My client is keen to secure an experienced D&I professional that has worked in large matrix organisations who has designed and implemented projects and programmes that will bring about behavioural change to the firm.
You will be responsible for setting the agenda and facing off to the wider business being the go to person for all senior D&I initiatives and projects supported by a team of 2.
The successful person will have worked in a comparable Diversity leadership role and have a good understanding of the need to evidence delivery and results. There is a focus on gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data and communicating conclusions in clear and compelling way, therefore a good level of numeracy is essential.
