Job Description
Wipro is looking for a Business Analyst to work as a Divestiture Specialist in the United Kingdom on a permanent basis. As a Divestiture Analyst you will assess and capture IT impact, the successful candidate will have experience with Carve Out an/or Spin Off.
As a Divestiture Analyst with Wipro you will be responsible for gaining an understanding of the business change needs in relation to the acquisition or divestment project.
What you’ll bring:

Transaction Readiness experience
- Identify target & develop opportunity
- Sell-side readiness & diligence (operations, legal, IT, separation financials)
Transaction Diligence experience
- Buyer due diligence
- Develop operational model
- Validate separation costs
Separation Strategy + Closing experience
- Establish Separation Governance
- Execute Day 1 Readiness Activities
- Day 1 Contracts negotiations – TSA
- Develop transition roadmap
Post-close Transition experience
- Organizational build out & Separation execution
- TSA operationalization
- Employee communication
