Working hours: 35 hours per week

We are looking for a Divisional Corps Administrator to join our team and within the role you will provide a wide range of administrative support to number of Corps (Salvation Army settings) across Wales to enhance the smooth running of the Corps and release Corps Officers to focus on delivering mission and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience of working successfully within a busy and varied work environment.
Experience of drafting and processing documents, booking meetings and appointments, collecting, and inputting data, managing email accounts, dealing with general queries, maintaining records and registers.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to develop successful and collaborative working relationships.
Ability to create, clear and simple filing and administrative structures.
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise your tasks to effectively meet objectives to the expected quality standards and time scales with minimal supervision.
Experience of using the Microsoft suite including Teams and other digital meeting tools.
Provide a professional, timely and comprehensive administration support service as needed across multiple settings.
Where required, assist with financial data collection and reporting.
Ensure that essential Corps records and systems are maintained.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
Experience of working successfully in a similar job role.
Have the ability and willingness to work within, be empathic with and promote the Christian ethos and values of The Salvation Army Mission.
Essential Criteria:
Be educated to NVQ level 2 with 5 GCSE (A-C) or equivalent experience.
Holding a current driving licence with access to a vehicle and be willing and able to travel across Wales as required to undertake on site administration duties.
Full training on Salvation Army systems will be provided.
