Divisional Head of FP&A

Your new company
I am working with a PE-backed, fast-growing, acquisitive insurance business looking to hire a Divisional Head of FP&A to join the business. This is a commercially focused role, with a broad remit, in a company offering lots of opportunity for progression and development.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Building annual budget and forecasts for multiple BU's including consolidation
• Performance and competitor analysis
• Building forecasting models
• Team management of 4 reports
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven FP&A experience, ideally within a PE environment. You will need strong excel and good knowledge of modelling and data analysis with proven business partnering capabilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth business is a must.
