Job description

Adecco are recruiting for a docucare DCA to provide printer support for our National client in Edinburgh. To start asap until Feb 2025.Working Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pmSuccessful candidate will be required to have a credit check performed.Main Responsibilities:·Client Relationship Management* Ensure applicable SLAs are adhered to per SOW* Serve as the primary on-site customer contact for equipment support and service* Support Move/Add/Change/Disposal (MACD) process* Provide on-going end user training on equipmentServices Delivery* Basic device maintenance, including; cleaning, replacement basic accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications* Incident support, including break/fix and consumable replenishment, for the majority of tasks* Liaise with relevant IT support and provide device related configuration elements, e.g. IP address* Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis to support problem resolution* Act as Xerox point of contact onsite* Escalate, as required, for Technical Service (Xerox and 3rd party)* Utilize Xerox knowledge-based applications as required to support in problem identification* Report activity as required by local processes* Provide remote support for contracted off site equipment* IT support functions, including; downloading & installing printer drivers on end-user equipment, mapping to PC as required, escalate printer network issues to appropriate resource etc.* Device Configuration (Enter IP address, scanning templates, User access levels. Scan to File/Email, etc…)* Monitor/apply current software updates/patches* Non-Xerox device management as required* Identify and promote Xerox Services and SolutionsFinancial/ Business Growth* Pro-actively manage consumables and supplies using local tools to support* Collect equipment meter information and submit for billing purposes, as needed.* Perform Data Entry for activity and asset tracking* Manage and maintain on-site parts inventory, following local processesAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
