What’s the role?

You will lead and manage the workflow for a document production team of 9, while also carrying out your own document production duties.

Within the leadership element of the role you will maintain strong communication with the secretarial manager to maintain service levels, while playing a key role in managing the service with internal partners and departments.

You’ll also be a great administrative leader, able to monitor service levels at a team and individual level, and improve processes.

As part of the document production responsibilities you’ll create and update a range of complex documents, reports and spreadsheets. As a Team Leader you’ll need to be highly proficient at this, as well as transcribing from audio, working to house style expectations and being an ace proofreader. Experience in all these areas will be evident in great candidates.
