Position Overview:
Great opportunity for an experienced Document Control Lead to manage and oversee the Document Control processes for a Data Center project in London. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate project documentation, ensuring version control, and facilitating efficient communication among project teams.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective Document Control procedures in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
* Ensure all project stakeholders are familiar with and adhere to Document Control processes.
* Oversee the organization and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
* Implement and manage a Document Control system to track revisions, approvals, and distribution.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
* Collaborate with project teams to address discrepancies and maintain a high level of data integrity.
* Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding Document Control matters.
* Distribute approved documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Familiarity with Document Control software and systems.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
