Atrium Recruitment invites applications for a versatile and dynamic Document Controller role, assisting an innovative and leading Construction Company on an exciting new build school.
Your Role:
As a versatile Document Controller with strong construction site experience, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the project team accesses precise and current information, cultivating streamlined workflows and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise, update, and produce project-related documents, encompassing drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Compile and manage construction records, including RFIs, Technical Submittals, Delivery Dockets, Labour Statistics, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Produce periodic reports on document status, spotlighting any concerns, delays, or issues.
- Verify document adherence to industry regulations, contractual requisites, and company standards.
- Implement and revise Document Control Procedures harmonized with the Company's Document Management System.
- Monitor document versions to ensure the entire team collaborates with the most current and accurate information.
- Supervise revisions and updates, disseminating changes to pertinent parties.
- Resolve document management queries and aid team members in locating specific documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, contractors, and clients, facilitating seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Document Controller position within a construction company
- Skilled in multi-tasking and exceptional time management skills
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Robust organisational and communication skills.
