Document Controller

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Document Controller with a very prominent player in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of document control, ensuring seamless collaboration within the Engineering & Projects team.
• Timely processing of project documentation, from registration to transmittal and return of comments.
• Implement and upgrade policies for effective Document Control processes.
• Develop and maintain an electronic database for efficient storage and retrieval of project information.
• Ensure the timely issuance of internal and external documentation, fostering project progression.
• Review and verify project documents for completeness, format, and contractual compliance.
• Organise the production of manufacturer record book (MRB) and data packs for projects.
• Number and circulate Company documents as per approved protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in document control within engineering and projects.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in electronic document control databases.
