My Client is looking to take on a Document Controller/Project Coordinator to join their team who will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control and procedures.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, be able to perform under pressure, as well as meeting deadlines and making sure the work is up to standard with the companies policies.
Your Role:-
· General project coordination / document control support to the site teams to include A1 drawings, site packs, utilities drawings, word processing, photocopying, filing etc.
· Record and update data on internal systems in a timely and precise manner.
· Prepare, submit, and issue street works permits, ensuring they are compliant with legislation.
· Liaise with clients on any matters relating to street works.
· Develop and maintain good working relationships
· Provide accurate information to site and contracts manager relating to the status of permits and traffic management.
· To undertake any other duties when required.
The Person:
· Previous experience in a project coordination / document control role.
· Previous experience in the construction/civil engineering industry would be an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· IT literate to include MS packages.
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
